Sand Rivers Selous

Sand Rivers Selous (now Nyerere National Park) is an intimate luxury camp set on an elevated bend of the mighty Rufiji River in one of Africa's largest and wildest protected areas. With just 8 open-fronted stone and thatch cottages, Sand Rivers offers one of the most remote and authentic safari experiences in East Africa. The camp is renowned for its exceptional walking safaris led by some of Tanzania's best guides, boat safaris on the Rufiji River, and the opportunity to fly-camp under the stars in complete wilderness.
