Kirawira Serena Camp

Immerse yourself in a legendary era of African exploration at Kirawira Serena Camp, a luxury tented sanctuary enveloped by the boundless savannah of the Serengeti. Drawing inspiration from the classic elegance of historic mobile camps favored by legendary pioneers like Denys Finch Hatton and Baron Bror von Blixen, the property seamlessly pairs unforgettable wilderness adventures with immaculate five-star service and sophisticated amenities. As the crown jewel and most exclusive destination within the Serena safari portfolio, the camp delivers an unmatched level of privacy and luxury against the breathtaking backdrop of the Serengeti National Park’s Western Corridor. The estate boasts 25 meticulously designed luxury tents, each positioned to offer sweeping, uninterrupted views across the open plains. The refined Edwardian-themed dining tents transport guests back in time, a nostalgic atmosphere further enhanced by the staff's classic, safari-inspired uniforms. In the central lounge tent, a beautifully curated interior awaits, complete with chintz-covered chaise lounges, authentic Persian rugs, antique writing desks, and vintage travel artifacts. Guests are invited to embark on exceptional daily journeys of discovery, including classic game drives tracking the Serengeti's iconic Big Five. The camp's premier location offers front-row seats to the Great Migration—the world's most spectacular wildlife display featuring over one million wildebeest—and places you just moments away from observing giant crocodiles along the banks of the nearby Grumeti River.
